FARMER’S SHOES
世界感を足先まで表現することは
GARMENT REPRODUCTION OF WORKERSにとって
長い間の課題でした。
デザインだけでなく道具としての要素が強い靴は
慎重に取り組まなければいけないアイテムです。
コレクションを重ねる中で少しずつ歩みを進めてきました。

革について（バケッタ製法）
染色されすぎて革の表情が残っていないものの多さに驚かされました。
そこで革本来の表情を残す為に染色加工を１工程省く事にしました。
染色によるごまかしがきかないので
リスクも高いのですが挑戦した甲斐があり
理想通りの表情をもつ革で
靴の制作を進める事ができました。
靴の仕様について
（マッケイ製法・ヒドゥンチャネル仕上げ）
靴本体にかかるステッチはアクセントとして残し
その分ソールやコバはシンプルに。
マッケイ製法とヒドゥンチャネル仕上げを選び
無骨さを押さえました。
サイドからソールとヒールを見ると
余計なとっかかりがなくスムーズな印象です。
仕上げに一度水通しをし革に表情を加え、
柔らかい状態のアッパーにクセをつけることで
初めて足を通してもらった時から柔らかく
なじみよい穿き心地を楽しんでいただけます。

about the leather ( Vachetta leather)
when we selected leather for our shoe production, we saw many cowhide dyed too much, and the artificial surface did not make us be impressed. Therefore we decided to omit one of the dyeing processes to keep the original leather taste. Although the risk got higher as any deceptions by dyeing does not work, we were finally able to get the ideal one.

about the design & method
( Blake construction, Hidden channel)
There are stitches on the main body as the accent, but on the other hand, the sole and edge are very simple design. It is controlled not to be too rustic, and keeps having the refinement by adopting the blake construction and hidden channel sole.

By soaking it in water for finish, the savor is added to the surface of the leather and the upper is formed to enjoy comfort from the first you wear.

Finally the conception of the FARMERS SHOES was realized by the encounter with a reliable craftsman.
